The Guardians runs entirely on volunteer coaches. Every team — from 4-year-old T-Ball to 12U Baseball — is led by parents and community members who said yes when we asked. You don't need elite playing experience. You need patience, integrity, and the willingness to show up twice a week for one season.

No politics, no parent group chats, no playing-time drama from the front office. We hand you a roster and a season plan and we trust you to coach. If you have a problem, you have one of us in your corner inside an hour.
